The ‘Chef’s Dining Room’, situated in our
elegant Mountbatten Room and is ideal for private celebrations and
impressive hosting.
Diners enjoy a nine-course tasting menu
designed specifically for each group by Executive Chef Andy
Mackenzie himself – and what’s more he will explain, via a little
foodie theatre, the philosophy behind each dish, how the flavours
blend as well as why he has chosen the wine to complement each
course.
So gather some friends or
family – we can seat a maximum of 20 - and come
and experience this culinary drama!
