Local Produce
Lainston House is passionate about food and
sourcing the very best. As with all four Exclusive Hotels, Lainston
proactively supports 'Food Heroes', a company initiative to promote
and work with local suppliers, so that they can source the very
best seasonal produce in and around the venue and develop
excitingly varied menus.
Executive Chef Andy
MacKenzie

Their devotion has been handsomely recognised, not only has the
kitchen won 3AA rosettes for dining, Andy is proud to have accepted
a place on the Hampshire Food Board to support, promote and utilise
Hampshire foods to its maximum
