beautiful, the drawing room perfect and the dining room
fantastic. The staff looked after us and our guests so well
and the meal was second to none! Topped with gorgeous

Breathtaking room with bags of character. Both my
partner and I were absolutely stunned at the hotel in general, but
the room was outstanding. Simply the nicest hotel room I have
stayed in and made the weekend unforgettable. I have stayed in far
too many hotel rooms, but never in the one on the brochure! The
room in the eves was beautifully furnished and had great character
down to every detail.

Found this hotel on the Internet, best hotel that
I have stade in throughout my 62 years….
From the moment I arrived at the Hotel until I left the experience
was unforgetable. The booking was made after my Club decided to
play Winchester City FC, I invited my fellow Directors of the Club
to join me and one of them in his own words stated he had found the
gem in the crown situated in the Country. Courtious staff, first
class service, excellent food and the Hotel itself was like going
back in time but at the same time filled with modern alternatives.
I personally have enjoyed the experience so much I shall be taking
my partner for a break in the very near future, the owners too
deserve the credit to be able to offer such an experience at a
acceptable price.

From the moment we were greeted at the front door
by a charming young lady to the moment we left we were made to feel
special. The staff were attentive and helpful. The spacious room
overlooked the avenue of lime trees and the countryside rolling
into the distance. The food was of a very high standard and very
professionally served. This justified the price. My only regret is
that we could not stay longer.

Getting it right first time…
Hotel is an attractive building in beautiful grounds. Received a
friendly welcome at Reception, and I was shown to my room, which
was very comfortable, with an excellent walk-in shower (big shower
head in ceiling + rain bars). Breakfast was sumptuous and service
very good indeed. Staff are extremely polite. Happy to recommend
this hotel to anyone.
